I ordered for Butterfly Cycloan Mixer Grinder, 750 W 4 jar (ORDER # 408-8169396-9689157) through amazon on Sept-27-2022, I received the order on Oct-2-2022, but when I opened the order it has some junk item (attached the photos what I received), not the Butterfly Cycloan Mixer Grinder, 750 W 4 jar. Immediately contacted the customer care they ordered for replacement, I am waiting for the replacement but that also cancelled by amazon, not sure why they cancelled. Again connected customer care and I requested for refund of my amount, but till now they did not process my refund, contacted so many times but amazon not processing my refund and telling some stories. I waxed with amazon behaviour and cheated my like this, am very upset. Please do the needful.
