Respected sir,
Sub: Amazon E-commerce fraud

I am Chandrashekar. R is a resident of Anekal and works as a teacher at SFS Academy, Hebbagodi. I have purchased a product (Rode NT1A Anniversary Vocal Condenser Microphone Package) of Rs. 33,449/- from SARGAM Musical (near Manju Mamta, MG Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, 492001, Phone: +91 75663 43000, +91 98261 11987, Email: [email protected]) through the Amazon.in e-commerce website on June 15, 2023; the order ID is: 405-6600078-1379505 (ordered on June 15th, 2023). The Amazon delivered us the wrong product—a Lowpro Bag Pack—onJune 21, 2023, not even worth 500 rupees.
When we raised a complaint for replacement the very next day, they took 8 days for the investigation process, and today, June 29, 2023, morning, when we asked for an update, they were arguing that they had sent the right product and could not proceed further. When we asked for the investigation report and the video proofs of packaging and the transition from seller to customer, they denied to give them according to their company policy, it seems. I have paid money through my HDFC debit card on a 24-month EMI.
Now the point is:
1. Why did Amazon take 7 days to investigate?
2. In case an authentic investigation is made, why are they refusing us to provide video and other proofs, like what they ask us to provide at the time of returning the product?
3. When we booked an item with one particular seller after seeing their ratings and reviews, how can they change the vendor without our knowledge?
4. We tried explaining Bag pack, and the Mic packages and weights are both different in nature; they don’t have patience to listen, which shows that their customer support is bad.
5. In cases where the original product has been shipped by the seller, in the middle of transport it might be changed intentionally, which they have to think about and re-investigate.

So here I’m raising a complaint against Amazon.in for their SALES FRAUD. I am attaching all supporting documents along with the complaint. Kindly accept and investigate this on priority to save consumers from further fraud. I request that you investigate this seriously and get us justice. Kindly provide a FIR copy ASAP so that we can send a notice to Amazon.in, which helps us file a case against Compensation.
