Text of Complaint by Mohan Krishna:

Hello sir, My name is Mohan krishna, I ordered poco m4 pro mobile(Blue, 6gb, 128gb) in Flipkart on 16th jan 2023, through credit card (EMI), and I received package on 20th jan 2023, but there is no mobile in box, instead of mobile i received pens box..( i have unboxing video), then I raised return request immediately, but flipkart takes 14 days to approve my return request, i followed-up flipkart customer care through voice call everyday to know status of return approval… they ask some document proofs for account authentucation on 2nd feb, and i sent to them, Finally on 4th feb 2023, return request was approved, but there is another issue with product pickup, they delaying pickup to till now,i received product pickup intimation message and calls from flipkart customer executives day by day but they didn’t pickup the product till now, on 12th feb my refund request was rejected automatically without any intimation. And i asked them that why you reject refund ? Then they said ’cause of ‘unsucessful pickup’.. that fault is totally from their side, I’m calling flipkart every day to know about pickup, they said wait for few more days, and now they extended product replacement to next month March 10th. cause of these delay, I’m mentally struggling from 30 days. I’m a student I’m not even concentrate on my studies, they are playing with me from 25 days. kindly solve this problem and punish flipkart with fine cause of delay process. (Flipkart already crossed their promise date base on their terms&conditions)
