I ordered a Hoodie from Beardo but I received a Baniyaan of ALMO Brand I have sent so many mails and talked to the Customer Care Team but they are not taking this matter seriously and they are just saying to revert the Mail again and again they are just wasting my time they are just trying to cut the call as soon as possible
They are saying that the product is sent by them correctly and the something happened wrong by the delivery agent and Ofcourse that’s not my problem that is their duty.
But they are not taking this matter seriously.
