I ordered an optimum nutrition mass gainer from flipkart by pre order booking. Pre order booking give the 100% guaranty of delivery of products. But I received different item (pressure cooker). I contact with flipkart customer care but they told me that they can’t provide replacement of product due to out of stock.
In sell the product is at lowest price and during big billion days the product don’t come in stock. Just after the end of BBD sell the product comes to the stock at high price. When I contact with flipkart they told me that they provide me replacement of product and our concern team will contact with you. After two days I received refund of that product and team don’t contact to me.
Now the same product available is at different(high) price.
So I want that product at same price. Because the mistake is done by flipkart that’s not my fault.Image Uploaded by Sunil bajiya:
