Hello,

Sir/Madam,

On date of 13 dec, I have placed an order through MyCartz.in website and the order i have received on date 15 dec.

When i have placed the order they show the product a set of 3 jeans with different colours, so i have placed that with size 32 and when today when i was opened the received order, I got 3 jeans with the same colour and 1 of them was with the size of 28 and the other two was used and damaged as well.

So i was try to reach them with the mobile no from which they call me for the order confirmation but the call was not reachable. So i have sent an email from my end but the wensite service executive was not responded so i have placed another order so they called me again and on that time i told them my issue again, so they responded that they will do something but they didn’t do. So i have raised the issue on consumer court with the complaint no – 1055185 and again sent an email To them but till now they didn’t responded.

So please do some thing if possible.
