I order smart watch from Amazon.in and i received used product. Then i was trying to return it Amazon representative said your product is not eligible for refund and only replacement is option. This is product page https://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B08G5JQFV6?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image. In whole project they never mention that this product is not eligible for return and refund.
