Dear Team,

I had placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order for a Men’s Shirt (Size XL) via Parcelgator, which was delivered to me today through Ekart, tracking ID PGRC6000034985.

However, I am extremely disappointed to receive a used pant instead of the shirt I ordered. This is not only a wrong item but also an unacceptable breach of product quality and customer trust.

Product Received: Used Pant

Courier: Ekart

Delivery Date: [Insert today’s date]

Amount Paid: ₹999 (Cash on Delivery)

I request an immediate return pickup and a full refund. I have also taken photographs and unboxing proof of the incorrect item received.
