On 20march2023 I received a parcel where the name and address was of mine but I did not ordered. By mistaken one of my family member paid COD to it when I get to know these I complain and parcel was picked up on 21 March 2023 from my address. Till today I didn’t received refund of amount 1300 which I paid when it was delivered. As info I provided from mail and WhatsApp refund is initiated but till today I didn’t received
