I recently placed an order with from Timenios (Order No. TMNS2902) for the Swarovsk_i Lake of Shimmer watch, as confirmed in my order summary. However, I received a completely different watch on dated 14th July 2025.
This is not the item I ordered, and I would like to request a return and full refund at the earliest. But there is no way to contact them.No reply received through mail yet.
