I placed an order on 11th April of rupees 966, but I received totally wrong product, & many times I initiated return request but, it was cancelled. I tried to contact the customer service & they assured me that, they will make sure that my product will be picked up & I will get my refund.
But, now when I contacted them on 25th April, they said that, they will not pick up my product & neither will refund.
