Hello,
I have ordered Optimum Nutrition (ON) Serious Mass Weight Gainer Powder on 14th october 2018, however it got delivered on 19th Oct 2018. I didn’t open it on the same instant in front of the Delivery boy as i was busy doing some work. I opened it after 5-6 hours and what i found was totally shocking. They have delivered torn and used shoes in a rice bag packaged in Paytm Box. After complain and sharing photos, they took 2 weeks and finally told there is nothing wrong from their side. They have investigated properly and decided not to refund my money. I again replied to their email asking complete procedure of investigation, but they did not responded. It is a humble request to help me and guide me for registering case against Paytm Mall and Owner Vijay Shekhar Sharma.
