I have not ordered any product from Shadowfax. But I received it today, 15/10/2023.When I enquired about returning the item that costs 799 they said they they third party and asked to contact AEPL online shopping store. But there is no platform to raise complaint and ask about the query to customers care number.
I want my money back. The product I received is the worst. I thought I have received from Myntra or Flipkart or mesho as I have ordered many things from them.
Please refund my order .
