I placed an order with Swiggy on Haldiram’s for a Navratri Thali. My order number was #147435885126. This was on September 28, 2022. I raised a complaint regarding this issue immediately, however, swiggy guys did not tend to the complaint and straight said they are not liable for this and hold no accountability and closed my complaint.
This is just not an acceptable solution. It is better to order from Zomato, they never treat customers like this and provide appropriate solution to the complain. Horrible customer service for swiggy.
