On 25/09/2020, on 25/09/2020 I submitted my postpaid vodafone no for prepaid transfer ,and paid bill payment of Rs.1270/- (for bill dues Rs. 840 prepaid changeover charge Rs. 130/- and first recharge of Rs. 300/-) up to September 2020 end. The amount was received by Egmore Panthian road Vodafone showroom service person, who was attend me, particularly he refused to debit card ,and demand to cash payments.so, I paid payment.
In this connection today 05/10/2020 my prepaid activation message receivedin this connection today 05/10/2020 I have received prepaid activation message from Vodafone service, with out any recharge.so, kindly repay Rs.300/- or recharge to my phone.
