Dear sir, I would hereby request you to issue return the Goodyear assurance tyre and refund us having order no. 408-2366146-2001123 which I had received 3 day ago. I would like to draw your attention that the tyre came in open,without any packing and came in muddy condition without any covering . No plastic or box or anything was rolled on it due to which it came in a very bad condition . Plz do the needfull after investigation and return the product. Even, the delivery person contact no. Named GOVINDO having mobile no. 8583053318 knows the issue who rolled on road and delivered me. You only tell why will I take new tyre in such condition. Even, the product has 10 days returnable Amazon’s Policy.
As a good gesture and being a regular and loyal customer,plz do the needful for pick up and refund. Henceforth , we will buy items accordingly.
Plz look into the issue seriously as it was delivered us unpacked and muddy.
