Text of Complaint by Amol Motwani:

I am Amol Motwani. I ordered One Blue Tooth Speaker of Sushi Grande from my Wife – Yukta’s Amazon account on Amazon on 4th Mar’23.

The order details are as follows:

Order ID # 403-9223168-4498723
Order Date – 4th Mar’23.

Today we received the delivery of the same. However after receiving the package, when we opened it, we were surprised that we were sent garbage in place of a speaker.

We condemn that this is complete cheating and fraud with us by Amazon India.

We do not expect such a pathetic service from a big brand like Amazon. On reporting the issue with the Amazon Customer care team, they have asked to investigate and literally left us with no choice but to keep waiting and calling your customer care.

This is exactly like the same issues that have been recently coming on social media that people got soap bars in place of mobile phones.

We did not rely on those posts but now we believe that.

This is totally unacceptable and we need immediate justice.
