I received a used pair of jeans priced at 8k from Ajio without any tags and when I saw that, I immediately placed an exchange order for the same and mentioned it to them that the item is without tags. The exchange order came in after more than 2 weeks and the executive refused to take the defective item because it had no tags. I am unable to get my money back with no fault of my own.

I ordered the two jeans from ajio one was without the tags and Another one is with tags. I didn’t like the fitting of both so I placed the return. At first, delivery agent rejected my return by saying it didn’t have tags intact. I believe it’s not customer’s problem if he/she not getting the tags alongside products. I still didn’t get any good response from their side. Please help
