Today Zepto delivered products with open seal. Tried to contact the customer service they informed refund or replacement is not possible as it was delivered to me in good condition. Then escalated to floor supervisor he was okay to refund one product but I had one more product with same issue he was not okay with the other refund. Then escalated again to manager but he refused to refund or give replacements for both the items.
