I have ordered Luvlap adore electric breast pump from Amazon.received the product with out packaging and, seal is broken.when complained to Amazon about the same, their customer care representative were very rude to me and says they are not responsible for the packaging and since this is non refundable they said they can’t do anything about it.. My concern is as this is delicate product and non refundable product they should send it with proper box.Im really not sure if this is genuine product but they are forcing me to use the product. I want refund as I’m not willing to use this
