Product name : Aurelia Women Blue & Silver Tunic with Palazzos & Ethnic Jacket.
The above product was delivered to me on Sunday 11 july , 2021. Major parts of the product was missing from the package I.e the tunic and the palazzo. I only received the jacket of the same.
After placing a complaint they denied my return/refund on the ground that the package was not tampered. They asked me for the proof that the product I received was not full. I sent that too. My request was still denied.
This is an extremely disappointing and careless dispute resolution given by Myntra. They did not go through proper quality check before delivering and now when I wish to return this, they have their own set of rules to defraud customers.
It might be a small amount for them but not for consumers like me.
Kindly help me get my amount back.
