Text of Complaint by Rukhsar:

Dear sir,
On 28th August I have order 2 quantity of saree cover and on 31st August I have received only one quantity. After that I have requested for refund for one quantity which is missing but Meesho has rejected my return and refund request by stating that it is not eligible in terms of fair usage policy.
This is not fair that Meesho gave only one quantity and got 2 quantity money from me. I also called customer care but they are not helping me anyway by stating that they cannot do anything.
I have lost my money so I request you to help me regarding this matter

  2. Samething happened to me with Meesho. They are theives. I paid for 5 sarees and received only 2 in one order. Paid for 4 sarees and received only one. But I paid for all the sarees. This has been a fun game for Meesho and I lost my money too. About to raise a complaint in consumer court.
