I received an old and damaged product in packet received by ekart logistics consignment number PAXC9112060316. Regarding this I communicated to Parcelx and ekart logistics but no assistance from their side. I have been cheated by parcelx and ekart logistics because this parcel has two different address slips. Outer packing has my address but inner packing has different address not related to me.
