I had ordered from Zomato, a few days ago, and instead of paneer dish, i received a non veg item.
I am a vegetarian due to personal belief, and such an incident deeply upset me. Moreover, this is not the first time Zomato has failed to do any kind of help.
They have declined refund several times.
I kindly request you to inform them about such and hopefully it won’t happen in future.
