Ordered item was ” Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM)” against the order no:PDS6602 on 01.06.2020 but the received item was 2 numbers of “KEMAX 312” PHONE through XPRESSBEES Courier ( AWB NO: 14197520057617) on 11.06.2020. Screen shot attached.
The amount deduced was 2999INR. Confirmation of the amount deduced came through the mail id donotreply@payumoney.com .Reference detail s of the amount deduced were as follows:(Payment ID:325389363; Merchant Order ID:12536334057533; Merchant Transaction Identifier:12536334057533) .The name obtained in the mail was “Ankit jain”.
As per the instructions in the mail ,if any problem occurs need to visit the website https://thestylestudios.com. But that website is now unavailable.
Moreover their website phonedeals.co.in now unavailable.
Also sent mail to help@phonedeals.co.in & reachusforenquires@gmail.com . But no response till yet.
In the initial stage, the contact details of the company was found to be “Bhiwandi”
Kindly do the needful for rectifying the issue by refunding the amount
