Text of Complaint by Dr Rishabh Kumar:

I ordered two bean bags with footrest from amazon on 12 Jan and got only one on 14 Jan…I called customer service and they asked me to wait for 4 days so I called today and they are telling me investigation is done and they cannot help me in any way. I just wanted to know how can two 7kg each products can be delivered in a 7 kg package which should have been 14 kgs?
I want refund
