I have ordered a Nike Air max impact 2 basketball shoes which costs 4984 rupees
I have made payment in cash on delivery and recived a box full of crushed papers.
I have applied for return and refund. They asked me to submit my adhar details by replying to their email or in help box. When I replied to their email they say that ‘you have probably replied to one of our email that does not exist.’ and rejected my refund.
I got my money stuck and did not even recieve any shoes.
