On 21st May 2024, I ordered an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot 5th gen Speaker for my house and the item was missing from the package, received a damaged parcel, and when I told to the delivery boy, he was like talking rudely to me, This was immediately informed the blinkit store via calling.. then of there support executive said we got the investigation result and we will redeliver the item by next day morning, but now they are not delivering my item, and also I have call recordings also. amount of item 5503/-.
