Dear Team,
There is no customer service or customer care number available to contact your team.
I also paid ₹1,225 once through GPay as an extension fee, and again I paid the full amount of ₹3,500 and uploaded the payment screenshot on 21‑01‑2026.
However, I have received the loan amount again, but I did not request any loan.
I did not click anywhere or apply for it.
Please take back the amount, as I do not require this loan.
Kindly review my account and resolve this issue immediately.
