On 23rd December 2021, I had placed 6 orders on Zomato from Tacobell Kasba and Tacobell Ballygunje in Kolkata. But out of them 3 of the orders were delivered later than the estimate time which is also too long(about 75 minutes). I had received them after 90-100 minutes. By then the food was already cold. So I called zomato asking them to refund me but they told that it is not possible for them. I want my refund of Rs 1300 which they didn’t refund me for.
