Hi Sir,

I am writing to you as a last hope as I have been trying to sort this issue from past couple of months and finally I got your email address where I was told that this request can be addressed and will be resolved.
This email is regarding the jumbo loan which was given to me without my consent on 30.4.2020.
The first attachment (give recording) of this email says that I clearly denied to one of your representative that I do not require any sort of personal loan.
That period was completely not favourable to me as everyone was in the lock down situation and non of your employees were available during that time where I could have requested and get the amount reversed, though I have tried 100s of times to speak to customer care department. Nobody provided me any sort of value proof where I agreed to opt for that loan.
On 1st May ,I was lucky enough to got a chance to speak to your hotline number and the person understood my concern and reversed that amount however on the same day in the evening I have noticed that the amount for disbursed again to me.
Since then I am struggling to sort this issue. I also got a message that the loan installment is created and that will be auto deducted from my account. This made me worried as that was going out of my hand.

I also visited my local branch in Laxmangarh sikar rajasthan where I was asked to keep following up on the email which I sent initially to loan support (you can see the email in the below trail mail.)

I have also raised my voice on Twitter thinking that somebody will handle this request however I did not get any response.
Hence I moved that money from HDFC account to another account just to be in the safer side and the same I have communicated to my personal banker at +911167901917 (Ravindra) he also suggested me to drop an email and I would get some help from the concerned team.
On 23 June I received a call from your concerned team where she admitted that the loan was given without customers concent and it happened with many customers. (Voice call attached)
I am salaried employee and usually avoid taking any credi/loan and always pay my credit card bill. Since I have been associated with the HDFC Bank, I never missed to pay any credit card bill, infact i pay it before time.
This one instance changed my mindset about HDFC Bank what I used to think.
As a last hope I am writing it to you and hoping you would find time to look into this email and do the needful.
