Received Incorrect product, helpless as not able to return/refund

Text of Complaint by Bharat Manwani:

I have ordered Evening Gown, but received Jeans and Kurti, While receiving order i have check and compared order number from Meesho and as it was COD, i paid amount of Product mentioned on Invoice i.e. RS. 678. after the order delivered i have checke meesho app, the details was not updated regarding delivery. I Immediately raise complaint as i was not able to initiate return via application. After 2 days supplier have canceled this order putting comment “Unable to deliver on time”.

Now meesho is saying this order is not processed by them and they will not initiate refund.

Inbetween after raising comlaint i received fraud call as man was saying he is from meesho and asking me to do some application installation on my mobile to process refund lucky i got this is trap and i have disconnected my phone.

Some how i feel as this order is not processed by meesho (having email evidance) then how order number were mentioned on package, so this is leakage of information as well i raised service request and got fraud call againast that as well.

Since i have ordered product from meesho and while receiving pakage i checked order number on pakage, hence is not my fault, hence meesho should initiate return of this product and return my money as well.
