Hi,

This is Hemant, I ordered a trolley bag (Aristocrat Photon Strolly 65 360 Mab Check-in Luggage – 25 inch) from FLIPKART on 16th October 2020 and after multiple chases they delivered with much delay and that too I received a completely different product (different brand, different color and different size). Today is 4th Jan 2021 and it has not been replaced yet and I have called these nonsense people more than 40 times. They have also marked as replacement delivered however it has not been replaced once and it is just a torture now and I need to have resolution on this.

I ONLY WANT REPLACEMENT AND NOT REFUND, THEY ALSO HAS PROVIDE ME WITH COMPENSATION ALSO AS IT HAS BECOME A TORTURE NOW.
