Complain sent to flipkart after contacting 10-12 times

I have not received the turntable, due to which I was returning the product. There was no option for missing item in the return window so I chosen what I found to be a little matched. Then after maybe a week my return got rejected. So I raised request during the return period of my product but my return was not accepted nor rejected in between, so that I could reach customer care during that time. I tried but they said to wait untill the decision. The different samsung techs contacted me 2-3 time all asked the same question and I answered the same that turntable not received and they said that have you complained it to flipkart I said yes then they said okay and call ended. Now after the return period is over when my request got rejected I suddenly contacted the customer care they said to resolve the issue by 19 or 20 oct but the ve marked it resolved without any solution. I request you to raise the complaint to higher authorities if you can’t. Worst experience on return this time on flipkart. If this would not be returned I assure to delete flipkart permanently and will never buy anything from it ever again.
Thankyou and please be fast and direct in your conversation without asking for feedbacks and all as you can have that time but I don’t. My work is not only to contact you again and again.
