I have ordered curtains on 28th January 2023 with following details:
Oreder no. FL0245779314
URBAN DREAM – Set of 2 Printed Blackout Door Curtains
URBAN DREAM – Set of 2 Floral Print Door Curtains
as the product details talks about the set of 2 curtains, so i have ordered 2 quantities of it.
but, when I received the item, there was just one quantity of each curtain (2-2 curtains) (4 curtains instead of 8). The customer support agent promised to provide the remaining curtains once I complained about it. but nothing happened. I complained four times, but I still did not receive my products yet. I often complained to them, but I never got a call back. The customer service rep was quite unpleasant. This was my first purchase from AJIO, and I’m not at all happy.
Every time they said they would bring the remaining curtains, but nothing has been done. They are not seriously considering it. The worst experience I’ve ever had is right now.
