I ordered food(idli Samber) from zomato. Food was not fresh and in Samber their was only water no vegitable. I complaint zomota and they refund me only half of it’s value. Why i have to pay penalty? I need my all the money back. Food was waste that not my fault zomato and resturant have to take care of it.
