I had ordered Airpods Pro 2nd Generation from Shyam Krupa Enterprise but the microphone of both the Airpods are not working. I made complaint through WhatsApp but of no use. They are not picking up my call nor replying to my messages. Even the email id mentioned on the website as info@shyamkrupaenterprise.com is not valid. There is no such email id.
