Hello Team,
I’m Shaikh Nihal Ahmed, purchased a “Boult Audio ProBass Fcharge with 40 hrs Playtime, ENC, Fast charging earphones”. Product was delivered on 29th June 2023. However, on 3rd July I raised a return request against which a call was scheduled on 5th July 2023.
I recived a call but flipkart executive deliberately disconnected the call within 2min leaving incomplete conversation. Call was rescheduled it on 6th July and again she did same thing and rescheduled call for 8th July 2023. However, before i get a call my return request was rejected.
I tried calling flipkart customer team, tried to get on touch with social media team via twitter IG but I’m just getting automated verbiage of assurance.
By this email, I would like to bring it to your notice that:-
1) As per law if customer faces any issues, it is flipkart’s responsibility to return / refund the product. However, flipkart is not adhering to the process.
2) I have tried all the possibilities of getting in touch with flipkart but is of no use. As flipkart has already instructed their employees not to accepta any return which is been followed by their employees. Even after multiple follow up and request I’m not getting any response from flipkart.
3) Why my return request was rejected, without talking to me . Moreover, I’m not the only one who is going through flipkart’s scam there are many other customers out there which can be eventuality helpfull for me if I approach consumer court.
4) What is the solution for this issue. Should I consider that flipkart is scamming their customer’s.
Below are the snag for above mentioned pointers along with invoice.
