I ordered Kent RO on Saturday 4th Feb and I delivered on 5th Feb but I did not open the box because when I called the KENT service centre for installation, he told me that a Kent engineer will open the box.
On 6th Feb, Kent engineer came to my home and opened the box and we got old and waste (kabada) RO (Pics are attached) in the Box. He also provided a signed document regarding this faulty product.
I complained – 12302725213468555656 regarding that but flipkart closed this complaint without resolving the issue.
I raised a complaint 12102725594596148203 again so please resolve the issue and return back this faulty product.
