On 10th august I have order Christian Dior tote bag from the site called brand mart worth ₹2999 and I have paid the full amount through paytm upi. On 17 th august I received the parcel which contains entirely different jute bag (very cheap). I have raised the return request on the in the same hour I received the parcel but till date I didn’t received any update from the site.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
