Someone ordered an order and my address and contact number was given on it. My mother received the order and paid 527 Rupees for it. On opening, we found a black cloth. The order was not placed by me but correct address and phone number was used. I request you to help me get details about the scammer and take strict action against this. I am unable to contact the courier services for more details.
