We are pleased to inform that we have shopped for a brand new @OnePlus_IN phone at @amazonIN website, and with all your blessings we got brand new defective(fake) phone, twice. After loads of time wastage and efforts they took the fake phone but yet not refunded my full amount as promised by them.
So, kindly look into the below mentioned ticket and process the refund ASAP.
