Text of Complaint by Marri Prabhu Teja:

I have ordered a few house hold groceries on 29Feb2024 and one of the item I ordered was Rostaa Turkish Delight dry fruit pack. When I received the order bag, I haven’t checked the expiry date on the package. However, on 18Mar2024, when I was eating from the packet, I realized that the nuts were very stale and as I checked the packaging, the expiry date was mentioned as 19Jan2024. Even though I am consuming from the packet after 18 days, an expired food product (on 19Jan2024) was sold to me on 29Feb2024. I conveyed the same to Blinkit on 18Mar2024, for which I have not received any positive response from the team. I have the packaging and invoice copy of the order.
