I have ordered today morning(9th August 2024 – 6:26AM) with Swiggy instamart for 1 Amul lite milk fat bread spread(100 rupees) and 2 iD fresh idli & dosa batter(110 rupees). Out of 2 idli batter, i received 1 which has expired on 12 June 2024 and other is due for today which is 9 August 2024. I called their helpdesk and they gave me refund of 55 rupees for expired item but accidentally before filing complaint we as family accidently consumed it as i didn’t notice the use by date. so i wanted to file complaint against swiggy instamart for selling expire items and wanted to know how they are measuring safety at their end and why they are not checking products properly before delivering to customer and why are they keeping expired items stock at their end?
