I had placed an order for two cargo jeans from a site called ‘Cargo Denim’ on 13th October, 2023. The links of the products are: 1. https://cargodenim.com/collections/cargo-jeans/products/copy-of-blues-flap-pocket-cargo-jeans ; 2. https://cargodenim.com/products/copy-of-dark-grey-high-waisted-flap-pocket-cargo-jeans . However, these products ordered vide order no. CD17006 were not delivered to me. Instead two entirely different and damaged products were delivered yesterday i.e., 17th October, 2023. This was very unethical of the seller to do to their customer breaking my trust on their products and services. The total amount of the products was ₹1,298. Therefore, if there is any way I am getting justice for this fraudulent behavior of the seller, I would like to get a full refund, for which I shall remain thankful.
