On 2nd October at about 5:18 pm I received an ‘Aquastreet’ parcel from Myntra , it was raining and so the paper pack of the parcel was soggy wet and was tearing away already when I received it . After the departure of the delivery agent , when I opened the pack , I found the tax invoice sheet crumpled and torn , while the box was empty. I immediately called the Myntra help number and they asked me to complain the same at Myntra complaint section . On doing so on daily basis up until today , I have had only received autoset/automatic reverts that , they are working on it and to give them 48 more hours every single time. Moreover , while there are options for exchange and refund if the product is missing on Amazon and Flipkart , there is no such option on Myntra . This is some serious lag on their behalf . Please help get my money back. The price of the product which is 500/- , is not actually the main concern , the fact is that , these incidents that are happening on daily basis and are left unattended by these companies , are making us loose faith on online shopping (MYNTRA). Please ,act upon it .
