I ordered a powered eyeglasses from lenskart which was delivered to me yesterday.the outer package was intact and when i opened it there was a box from lenskart which contained only a case (no documents such as prescription)
And inside the case there was no eyeglasses only the cleaning cloth. I ordered the most premium lenses which are provided with a colourful packaging different from the one i received and not only the glasses were missing the documents warranty cards all were missing. When i complain about this the person claiming to be lenskart supervisor said he has done the investigation without actually doing the investigation as what the ither employees said when i called them.
