I have ordered smart watch on 11th October 2021
Order I’d 403-0460070-3353114
I received defective product I talked to customer care and made replacement
I got an call on 19th October 2021 saying he is from Amazon and I have replacement order which has arrived.
I went to the person handed over defective watch and he was in hurry I requested him to wait till I open replacement parcel.
I opened the replacement parcel in front of Amazon delivery agent
The package was empty with just outer box of smart watch which I have ordered
Can you please look in the matter and help me out
