I had ordered a Video game on 31 March 2024 costing 559 but I re dived a empty folded box on 6th of April. Since then I am Raising a complaint regarding the same on Meesho Customer Care app and today is 9th of April, its 3rd day. The customer Care people are helpless with this matter they are admitting. But I am spending my time and getting mentally harrassed because of these people. I want my amount refunded with compensation
