My name is Rajni Gautam. I Ordered a watch brand name, French Connection Women Silver-Toned Dial & Rose Gold-Toned Stainless Steel Bracelet Style Straps Digital Watch at rupees 2432/-. Invoice Number: I0623SA003227926, Order Date: 04 Oct 2022, Order Number: 1216749-7818501-8963403. When I got the Product on 5th Oct. It was tempered, Myntra seal was broken it was covered with normal Cello Tape. My father received the product as he was unaware of online fraud he didn’t check the tempered packaging. I called to courier boy too on the same day that I got the tempered product & empty box. He said to raise a complaint I don’t know. On the same day, I was following up with Myntra Team but they closed complaints two times without giving solutions IN22101111344752339648 as if this was my fault. they have no proof of when the order was handed over to my father with okay packaging.
I want my Product back.
